Looking for drinks to serve at your next party or just to try at home? You've come to the right place. And I promise - it's just the info you need. No paragraphs of how I feel about the cocktail or some backstory on why I decided I need to tell everyone how to make a margarita.

Classics

Margarita

2 oz tequila
1.75 oz lime juice (the fresher the better)
.75 oz orange liqueur (I like Cointreau)
.75 oz simple syrup (can also use agave or for a sweeter touch, honey syrup)

Combine ingredients and shake with ice. Pour into tall glass with salt around the rim and serve with one lime wedge.

Cosmopolitan

1.5 oz vodka
.5 oz orange liqueur
.75 oz lime
.25 oz simple syrup
.25 oz cranberry juice

Combine ingredients and shake with ice. Pour into martini glass without the ice. Serve with an orange peel.

Old Fashioned

2 oz bourbon
1 sugar cube (extra points if it's demerara)
3 dashes angostura
2 dashes orange bitters
splash of soda

Combine liquid ingredients in mixing glass and add sugar cube. Muddle sugar cube until broken down. Add ice and stir, serve in rocks glass with large ice cube and an orange peel.
